I don't know what government entity has the authority to cancel a Supreme Court ruling.
But any of the groups he badmouthed could probably make a good case for him recusing himself from hearing their case. What the Supreme Court decides about it is anybody's guess.
I think it would open up an entire can of worms based on what Kavanaugh said. Kavanaugh has put a target on his back now.
