Well which was it...did the Judge dismiss the case?

Or did the Plaintiff drop the case?

PS I know a bit of law and won every legal case someone filed against me.

How many times do you have to be told it's called the Biden Rule. Sure you think it's all great when you do it but when it comes back to bite you Dems in the ass you don't like it and you call it a sneaky trick.

Get it through your thick heads. It's like a kid, when they don't want to hear it, they try to ignore it.

The plaintiff filed a voluntary motion to dismiss, the judge granted that motion.

There is no "Biden rule" and the dems never used any such "rule" so no we never "did it" to republicans in the first place.

By the time Trump nominated him to the high court in July 2018, those debts had vanished. "

I'd like to know more about this. To me, sky high credit card debt and loans against retirement make me question one's financial judgment and control over their lifestyle.

Wonder if.we.will soon have more women step forward.
More women ARE "stepping forward" ........ in support of Judge Kavanaugh.

Did you even read the hit piece article?? Mother Jones actually found out (GASP! DOUBLE GASP!!!) that Yale Law School Students (keep in mind they are of LEGAL age to drink) might actually "DRINK".

Serious Question here - Does anyone know a Law Student that has gotten drunk? Or had too much to drink? Anyone know a College Student who has every gotten drunk?? Anyone who ever heard of College Parties??? I guess anyone involved in any of the above better watch out -- YOU too could be accused of Sexual Assault, Attempted Rape, attempted Murder.

In April 2014, Kavanaugh gave a speech to the Yale Law School Federalist Society in which he recalled drinking and partying in law school.

I am approaching my eighth anniversary on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. I am approaching the 24th anniversary of my graduation from this school. That means I am approaching the 24th anniversary of my organizing 30 classmates in a bus to go to Boston for a Red Sox game and a night of Boston bar-hopping, only for us to return falling out of the bus onto the front steps of Yale Law School at about 4:45 a.m.

Somehow to the Leftist Mind ...... this all PROVES beyond any Reasonable Doubt that Brett Kavanaugh as a 17 year old high school student was drunk and sexually assaulted and attempted to both Rape and Kill and 15 year old girl....... Keeping in mind that the girl in question has no clue about where/when/what day/what month/what season/who was present or Anything else about any of this alleged event from 36 years ago ........ EXCEPT that Brett Kavanaugh is a nominee for the US Supreme Court and she is a Leftist Activist.

Constantly repeating a lie is in Republican DNA.

Obviously liberal media doesn't teach you well.

Joe Biden Argued for Delaying Supreme Court Picks in 1992
Joseph Biden argued that President G Bush should delay filling a Supreme Court vacancy, should one arise, until the presidential election was over, and that it was “essential” that the Senate refuse to confirm a nominee to the court until then.

It became known as the Biden Rule. And it came back to bite you Dems in the ass (and you don't like it)

Joe Biden’s words, was a direct contradiction to President Obama’s position in the battle over naming a successor to Justice Antonin Scalia.
