I suspect this is a case of "recovered memory", that quackiest of quack psychotherapy heavily adherred to in California.

You know, now that I think of it, this woman raped me years ago when I was at a party with her.

This is a lose-lose for Pubs.

If they go ahead and cram this confirmation through, as it appears they want to, then already motivated female voters will turn out in even greater numbers in November.

If Ford's testimony is credible and a couple of Pub senators vote NO, then it's back to the drawing board and the next one up may be "confirmed' by a lame duck senate after the midterms and that justice will be seen as illegitimate.

Remember McConnell on Merrick Garland? "Let's wait and let the voters decide."

GOP: dripping with hypocrisy.

Most likely will have a Democrat in office. She’s probably going to retire in January of 2021. If she passes away before that, yeah it’s going to get very ugly

I don't believe this woman is a crisis actor or part of some deep state plot to get rid of Kavanaugh. I believe this happened to her. It's awful but he was 17 and there is no other record of anything ever happening.

Why would he say that if it wasn't true?

I'm sure something happened to her. I just have doubts that it had anything to do with Kavanaugh.

or if her testimony is filled with holes and is not convincing, then Dems will look bad for believing her immediately

You folks keep joking about sexual assault. Suburban female independents are paying attention.

I didn't even click the link. You just can't trust a Democrat supporter to not do something malicious.
