No, not tried. They are shoving it down their throat. What you saw was histrionics to show the base we are fighting, when in actuality there is nothing the Democrat pols can do to stop this confirmation. Nothing.

They are apoplectic. But really, they shouldn't be, as their own Uncle Harry set the table for this himself, and the main course is courtesy of their own Mrs. Bill Clinton.

They're not "afraid" of anything. Requesting all these documents, thousands of pages, is ridiculous and unnecessary.

But the Democrats are certainly scared of a judge who is a constitutionalist, who won't use the position to advance their political ideology. They know who this man is. They don't need these documents.
