The White House is withholding them. Get your facts straight. Kavanaugh is no John Dean. There was no Watergate type scandal. Sorry, your attempts at political theater fall flat.

The GOP has followed rules and procedures to the letter. Contrast that with lies and sleaze that you are cheering on.

It is very sad that you like many men consider abuse of women a laughing matter.

Especially when it seems not to have happened.

Good point. Maryland has no statute of limitations for rape or for assault, so it seems that both Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge remain potentially criminally liable for what Christine Blasey Ford alleges they did to her in high school. Nobody seems to be taking that into account

Really?

That is not what this is about.

This is about selection for a seat to SCOTUS which demands the utmost integrity and character. Don't you want that?
If you accept a single allegation, absent any proof, pattern or even specific details, of misconduct decades ago as a disqualifier, no one can ever have integrity and character. I saw you do a bump of coke in the back of a car just off campus either your sophomore or junior year. I don't remember exactly where, but it was definitely you.

Lying to the FBI is a crime.

Dr. Christine Blasey Ford wants to talk to the FBI.

Brett Kavanaugh doesn’t want to talk to the FBI.

Kavanaugh’s friend & witness Mark Judge doesn’t want to talk to the FBI.

They all know lying to the FBI is a crime.

Guess they need more time to come up with some "evidence". Expect more lies.

Someone else in high school heard about the assault during the 1980s.

“Christine Blasey Ford was a year or so behind me, I remember her,” Miranda said in a tweet that can still be viewed via the Google cache. “The incident was spoken about for days afterwards in school.”

So a man should go free if it is just one rape that is so disturbing to the woman that she is still requires professional counseling years later.

Regarding your example I am not up for SCOTUS and you failed to inform someone years ago and statute of limitations ran out.
