Th libs on here WON'T TOUCH this!
All 49 senators announced in advance, news to me.

A better question would be why they wont give them the documents since Kavanagh will be approved regardless, what are they trying to hide and what's the rush.

Another person that is unaware of what occurred in the DC circuit court in 2013 leading up to Reid's decision.

More than enough docs already. The rush? Time's up, everyone put your pencils down.

Yes there is extreme danger to our democracy in providing more documents, that would be horrible.

First of all there is a large difference between a threat and an action, Reid never refused a hearing on Bush nominee. The reason we are here is the actions by the GOP back in 2013 since you claim to like history you should read up.

Liberal utopia? I’m a Buckley Conservative- you know, when reason ruled over liberal emotion. I found it uniquely ‘liberal’ when the GOP refused to hold hearings on Garland, instead invoking some arcane rule to postpone.

I also find it disgusting that the GOP did a data dump on this guy at the last minute.

It reaks of a totalitarian banana regime.

Maybe you should move to Russia and leave our Constitution behind?
Actually, the chaos that the Dems orchestrated reeked more of a banana republic than anything the GOP has done.

They've already been given more documents than any other nominee in history. What more do they want?

And more importantly, what does it matter? The Dems could be given every single scrap of paper he's written since nursery school, and they would still act like the petulant sore losers that they've proven to be since 2016.

It's not about the nominee, it's about opposing Trump. Period. With a little bit of grandstanding for the cameras, in the hopes that it will bump their chances in the next election.

Nothing to hide, just like when the Obama Admin didn't release all of Kagan's documents. /shrug
