No need to. All of Kavanaugh's rulings/opinions on the federal bench are publicly available. Look them up; read them. /shrug

And more importantly, what does it matter? The Dems could be given every single scrap of paper he's written since nursery school, and they would still act like the petulant sore losers that they've proven to be since 2016.

It's not about the nominee, it's about opposing Trump. Period. With a little bit of grandstanding for the cameras, in the hopes that it will bump their chances in the next election.
The main focus is his time in the Bush White House in 2001-2003, now why would they refuse to provide that information. He will be approved anyway so what's the downside in providing that information and please don't tell me its too time consuming.

It was explained but Dems don't care. Those Bush documents were classified and part of the Bush files. Dems know they can't get them by law but it sure allows them to scream that they are being held back.

Dude is scum. His support is flashing white supremacist signals, and he disrespected the father of a murdered child by not shaking his hand. You want to talk about not having any amount of decency! If he gets on the Supreme Court, kiss labor unions and Affirmative Action goodbye.

Really, a non-white flashing a "white supremacist" signal...how does that work?

I never shake hands either with people who walk up to me who I don't know....another failure on the lefts part...How does kavanaugh know who he is?

McConnell started this with that action as well as revoking the 60 vote rule for Supreme Court picks. Of course you will argue that Reid suspended the 60 vote rule in the lower courts in reacting to the republicans obstructionism by denying President Obama any picks, but decisions by the lower courts can be overruled. Not the case with the Supreme Court, which leads to Justices being confirmed by the thinnest of margins.

Pat yourself on the back now, but wait til the corporate court rules against workers rights, which they will. If you have to work for a living, it will have a disastrous effect on you.
As for the two party system, it take 270 electoral votes to win the Presidency. If you have more than 2 major candidates, then it's more feasible that neither candidate would gain the 270 votes to win. The alternative would be to revoke the electoral college and elect the President by popular vote. Wouldn't the small states love that.
I don't need to be outraged for your pet cause, your party sucks equally as much as the party you dislike.

I find no issues with them doing what they did since Joe Biden made it OK when he first proposed it in 1992, both parties need to realize their shameful and dirty politics always come back to bite them, they are all idiots.

Nobody is patting anyone on the back, and the fact that you think this is a one sided problem makes YOU a big part of the problem.

Also, nobody is revoking the electoral college.

Do you believe everything you read if it conforms to what you want to hear?
