As posted above: Mark Judge was interviewed under oath by the Senate Judiary Committee investigators and gave testimony about all of these topics.
He is already on the record, under oath. There's no reason for him to be personally involved in this circus and have HIS life and reputation destroyed as well.
Now her lawyers are insisting that SHE be allowed to testify LAST. Not in America cupcake. The ACCUSER goes first and the DEFENDANT goes last to answer the allegations. They don't even want lawyers present who could ask relevant questions.
This is not a court proceding. It's an informal hearing. The senators can hear witnesses in whatever order they want.
Staff contacted Mark Judge and obtained a statement under penalty of felony. Staff contacted third person allegedly at party described by Dr. Ford and obtained a statement under penalty of felony. Staff contacted fourth person allegedly at party.
BREAKING NEWS: The GOP-led committee just released a statement confirming they will NOT allow any third party testioony, to include Mark Judge, who was in the room when Ford says Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her.
I get why the GOP wants this to go through so badly, Kavanaugh being confirmed will swing the SCOUTS far to the right. Republicans are willing to lose the House in November in order to get Kavanaugh confirmed.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Friday said that Brett Kavanaugh will be on the Supreme Court "in the very near future" even as President Trump's nominee faces a sexual assault allegation.
"You've watched the fight, you've watched the tactics, but here's what I want to tell you: In the very near future Judge Kavanaugh will be on the United States Supreme Court," McConnell said while speaking at the Values Voter Summit in Washington, D.C.
He added that Trump has "nominated a stunningly successful individual" and told conservatives not to get "rattled" because Senate Republicans are going to "plow right through it."

So you want her to speak and him not be able to defend himself. Got it. Why is she insisting on speaking second, other than she doesn’t want him to be able to defend himself?

Another lie. As you know very well, Judge has already provided testimony under oath on this matter to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

He is ready and willing to testify alone, so what is the difference. He knows the accusations against him.

The poster in question, apart from not actually being a neutral party as his user name suggests, also admitted many pages back in this thread that he is at least half trolling with many of his responses. Just something to keep in mind.
