Ford is the person that must testify first. It is all in her court to prove her allegations.

Well, "impeachment," may be on his mind.

A woman raped can rarely prove her allegations. It's her word against his.

That's just the way it is.

Not to mention, the President, the VP, and members of the Republican party have made it quite clear they don't care what this woman has to say - they don't believe her.

So why should she bother?

Let them hold a vote on Monday. They will not have the votes without red state Democrats and, at this juncture, they will vote NO.

Hard to say what is on Trump's mind, but it is on Giuliani's mind. He has spoken about impeachment on several occasions.

Chuck Schumer admitted today, he has already questioned her.
According to her sister in law, she needs to be emotionally ready for her testimony. She is also afraid because of all the death threats she has gotten. Hubby is saying to me this morning, next thing we will hear is Trump was actually the one at the party!!!!!

Not really.

You believe the men and you disbelieve the woman. Period.

Neither had concrete proof.

We have Ms Ford fingering by name Kavenaugh s buddy pal Mark Judge.
Let him sit in front of America and the world and tell how his book characterization of high school did not include kidnap and attempted rape of a 15 year old when he and Kav were Seniors.
He can sit next to Kav.even.

This whole matter is characteristically bungled by the arrogant bully s running the government.
They can't even show an ounce of empathy toward this woman. Orin Hatch starts it off by calling her names.
And off they go.
Tearing at this woman and her family ...creating such a violent response to her that she and her family have to flee their home .
Demanding she adhere to an arbitrary and capricious deadline to get from California to DC with barely the clothes on their backs while Kavenaugh sits in a cushy leather swirly chair practicing his answers with white house staff.

Refusing her a dignified setting, refusing her request for outside investigation while forcing upon her outside council to question her.
These men , won't even dignify her accusation by questioning her themselves.
Despicable is too kind a word for their behavior.

They are sending a message loud and clear about what they already think of women who come forward to name their abuser.s
They are sending a message loud and clear the low level of faith they have themselves, in Kavenaugh.
Kavenaugh, allowing this to proceed this way enters the SC with a Reputation of consistently monstrous behavior toward women.
He most likely will be shunned by the other Justices.
That s gonna make for a loooong 30 years .

Ladies, if you have an ounce of your own dignity Never vote republican again.
What a stupid statement that has to be. Man or woman, anyone who votes based on sex alone is the one that is lacking in dignity. If the shoe fits wear it!!!!!!!!!!

CNN is dragging out Kavanaugh's yearkbook, although Ford's has been scrubbed from the Internet. Don't want to talk about their keg parties.

What is the big deal if Roe v Wade gets overturned anyway? All that would do is move the decision to allow the abortion decision to be handled by individual states. Only a few might outlaw abortions but not the states that the loudest outcry is coming from. Does anybody think NY or CA would outlaw abortions?

Do you think the same states that encourage illegal aliens to come to the US to have their babies, are going to be upset that legal US residents in other states might have to get on a plane and come to theirs to have an abortion?

They are delaying so there is more time for character assassination of Kav and Ford (the Wapo piece). Maybe they will even trot out Susan Rice to do the Sunday a.m. rounds.
