The only person who has not submitted voluntarily to being interviewed by the Senate is Christine Ford. Everyone else has already testified under oath.

Sure she wanted this in the public domain, that's the whole point of bringing it up to the DNC. She didn't call the police, she didn't call the FBI, she contacted Dianne Feinstein knowing that this would have political implications. Someone who openly supported the resistance movement and someone who pledged to stop Donald Trump at all costs, that's who does something like this.
We already know that her attorney is a resistance movement, pink ***** hat wearing nut job and the only person who she allegedly told in 2012 is her therapist. Once she actually testifies and comes forward with some details we can look into whether that actually happened just like the rest of the details that have leaked out.
The DNC and this woman want the FBI to investigate this for a couple reasons, most importantly they know it could then be drawn out to delay this process potentially past the midterm elections. Secondly, it's very well known that there are people within the FBI who are very much anti-Trump. Should we allow Rod R to be in charge of this investigation? Give me a break.
Here's the problem. Now, it's all about perception, not facts. She'll put on her serious face, cry some and tell a heart wrenching story of how but for the grace of God, that monster almost raped her. She'll have until Wednesday now to practice her acting skills in front of a mirror and her attorney. She'll have no evidence unless the DNC and her attorney can convince someone to lie for her to back her up.
That's all she and the DNC want at this point. Make Kavanaugh look like a monster when he was 16 or 17 years old, never mind any real evidence.
If sexual assault occurs, it is a legal matter to be dealt with in the jurisprudence system, not extra-legally, including suspension of due process. One case is too many.
As for the Duke Lacrosse crime, three young men were denied their legal rights, had their lives taken away from them. If it is selective, it is because it still resonates, comes easily to mind, ~12 years after. No digging was necessary.
No, you can not soften the case against the denying of due process.
Then let’s go full throttle and let police handle the allegations rather than the university because they have done a terrible job in the first place. Read through how they handled the Jamie’s Winston case and others, Devos wants the bar lowered for sexual assault.
