The only reason the left wants FBI investigations in to these allegations is because FBI investigations tend to take a really long time. Probably until after the mid terms, which is what all of this is really about. Yes it's a last minute hail Mary pass, but democrats are really, REALLY good at last minute hail Mary passes.
It took all of 3 days for the FBI to re-open their background investigations when Anita Hill came forward.
The Montgomery County Police Department said no victim or attorney has contacted the department to request a criminal investigation into an assault by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
The department released the following statement:
At this time, the Montgomery County Police Department has not received a request by any alleged victim nor a victim’s attorney to initiate a police report or a criminal investigation regarding Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

lmao....You seem very lost in all of this. Do you know why the FBI investigated? Do you? Obviously not. They were Federal employees during the time alleged. Do you know who investigates federal crimes? Do you? Obviously not. The FBI does. Do you know who investigates local crimes with kids that isn't a federal crime? Obviously not. The local PD does.
...fortunately (for Kavanaugh) he's not being tried for a crime. He is interviewing for a JOB. The requirements are a bit difference in terms of what would be considered "allowable".
Yes applying for a job in the Federal judicial system with his "interview" part of our Constitution. There is no place better than this to apply the Constitution. Honestly, I can't believe anyone would argue differently. And frankly, if someone lost a job based on a lie with no evidence or other corroborating evidence, they would be sued in civil court for real damages along with punitive ones I'm sure and they likely would pay for such an action.
