Imagine the loony liberal snowflakes meltdown, if the FBI decided to declare Kavanaugh completely innocent without ever questioning him or anyone involved.
You know. Like they did with Hillary Clinton.
I know how it works, sir. I'm saying if I were him and I were accused, I would be doing everything in my power to prove my innocence. But maybe that's just me.
Why does the accused have to prove their innocence?

The "victim" trotts her arse down to the Police station in Maryland and files a complaint. That complaint is either investigated or not and then it proceeds from there. At NO POINT is anyone forced to take a test that is not admissible in court or that can be tricked (by a skilled psychologist maybe?).
You see, we have this thing called a CONSTITUTION and a BILL OF RIGHTS. Accuser presents their case and the accused gets to defend themselves. Sooooo sorry that's inconvenient for you.

No dog in this fight? No need to yell at you? In this system the ACCUSED used to be INNOCENT until proven guilty.
Keith Ellison is standing for election, not a lifetime appointment. It's up to the voters in his district to address the charges.
hmm so if a politician is standing for election which is shorter term you excuse his abuse of a woman? I wouldn't think that with abuse toward women there would be a difference between either. Abuse is abuse Democrats don't care about women.
For Democrats, it's no big deal when a Democrat abuses a women. SlowMotion is excusing Keith Ellison for alleged abuse of a women "based on terms of service" we should look the other way,... for them it's all political.

Prove that he:
1. Was not nominated by Donald Trump,
2. Will be a reliable rubber stamp for whatever the "Politically correct" outcome is on every case,
3. Is a person of color, and
4. Is not a man.
I don't put it past the increasingly desperate senate Pubs to cram Kavanaugh through, no matter what. In fact, that's pretty much what McConnell was yipping and yapping about this afternoon.
But if they do that, it's the GOP that'll be devastated as a result. They already have Thomas and his dirt on their hands. Putting a second sexual predator on the SC might be a teensy bit unpopular with a large % of half of America's population.
You will be so devastated. The exposure of what the Democrat Party has become, will be complete.
The guy has proof he was not even around to be at any party.
