Really ? I didn't know Trump was a convicted felon, and must be on the sex offender registry for it. And yet he is President. Wow, our judicial system needs a revamp , huh ?
I’ve changed my mind. I wanted an FBI investigation of a firm limited time duration, say between 3-7 days. During the investigation every alleged victim and the alleged abuser must submit to questioning complete with sworn statements subject to pentalities for perjury. Therapy notes, cell phones, iPads, email, and social media (including scrubbed versions of it) should be subpoenaed.
The FBI has no jurisdiction. No federal crimes have been committed. The accusers mention crimes, but without the most basic information required to start an investigation. And in those local jurisdictions where they still can file local criminal charges, they are refusing to do so.
There is no crime for the FBI to investigate. As far as this being for a background check, that is a judgment call that the Senators have to make the call on.
Enough is enough. Let's see what happens or doesn't happen at the hearings tomorrow. If nothing, then it is time for them to vote.

You need to do less 'splainin and more readin, because he said FBI doesn't draw any conclusions to investigations and should not be part of the process at all.
