And 4 people have signed statements corroborating it now. And multiple other victims of his actions have came forward.
You define corroborating strangely. None of these four were witnesses to the event itself. They are repeating what Ford told them.
An allegation is true or false. If it's false, the fact that you told it to 4 people or 400 doesn't make it true.
You people see what's happening here, don't you? By having all these accusers coming out of the woodwork the left is not only trying to discredit Kavanaugh, All these accusers are from different states. They are trying to turn this into a bonafide federal crime. It doesn't matter if it's false accusations the perception is being formulated that Kavanaugh and Judge are predicate felons who went state to state raping women.
It will be kind of neat to see Amy Barrett, a true right winger confirmed if the Dems go ahead with this circus.
Partisan sheep are so amusing. They actually think it matters who ends up on the court. The things right wingers want changed aren't changing, only the truly naive' think that. The court won't do what you want they will protect themselves first and foremost like all politicians. Yes, they are politicians, just like the rest of them. Their power can be checked so they will never endanger it.
A man has come forward about Kavanaugh and Mark raping his female friend on a boat in the harbor in Newport, Rhode Island(not that far from Yale). The man and his other friend went to the boat at 5AM the next morning and beat the carp out of Kavanaugh and Mark. The man recognized Kavanaugh from the yearbook photo that was on the news this weekend. The man contacted his Rhode Island Senator and reported the incident.

Maybe it was so old or short-lived since the guy couldn't pay the court costs that it was not enforced that it didn't show up when Avanatti checked her history...

I feel sorry for Dr. Ford in that her allegations are being overshadowed by others that have their own credibility issues...
THe best and most fair approach would be do have let the FBI investigate when Ford first came forward--
Feinstein should have tried to get something like that done pre-hearing and maybe counseled with Ford that nothing could be done as long as she was anonymous...

I mostly agree but the caveat here is that all detail different situations though two are related incidents. I mean all show the alcoholic idiotic antics of Kavanaugh, but most are from different times. I agree that four women are too much to ignore, but they are varied issues to wade through.

That's how the Dems want you to see it. There is no turmoil, just desperation. I think maybe it was done to encourage Ford to show up, to take some of the spotlight off of her. The hearings will proceed.

They were not there--
They are not claiming to be eyewitnesses to the event
They establish that Dr. Ford told them about her assault by Kavanaugh BEFORE (years before in several cases) the nomination hearings themselves
They defend her statement that she told people about it separate from Kavanaugh's nomination process--
People corroborate eyewitness testimony all the time in various ways
It is not about belief of her statement-although I think they do believe her--it is about timing...
