There has been no FBI investigation into the claims.
Republicans are refusing an FBI investigation.
The FBI doesn't have jurisdiction. The local/state authorities do. The accusers need to file a police report with the appropriate local/state authorities to have their allegations investigated. So far, they have not. Why not?
Polling of women have overwhelmingly supported Kavanaugh after this circus has ensued.

and when he takes the stand what will he say? I don't recall being at that party wherever and whenever Ford claims it was held....
The thing is all she has to do is place a bit of a question into a handful of Senators that though the charges are cloudy and questionable that it is possible it could have happened and Kavanough is done.
The only question I have if he is denied the Supreme Court if the SJW's will go after him to make him step down from his current position?
and I know boys like him who didn't drink, and yes, were virgins, but ashamed to admit it.....
I don't know if he is guilty or innocent either, no one does, only he and that woman know the truth, but this crap has to stop, it's becoming and insult to the intelligence of our society.
I've had people grab my butt in public, and I turned around and slapped the hell out of them....I've had a man put me up against a car, and wouldn't stop, and I kicked him in the family jewels....if you don't want trouble, stay away from it, and dress appropriately....stop teasing men and expecting them to be able to stop, especially when they've been drinking....if it were up to me, and I was a dean at a college, I'd put some new rules in place...good clean fun, is not hurting others....against their will....

Probably because it's way beyond the statute of limitations.
Of course the FBI have jurisdiction. They're the FBI.
I'm not omniscient in the world of background checks - but I may (or may not!) have just been through a pretty intense background check that would demand a far higher level of scrutiny. It was limited to 10 years.
This whole thing is circus ridiculous. One witness now claims she’s been to over 10 gang rape parties Kavanaugh was involved in. What woman goes to a gang rape parties over 10 times? Doesn’t make sense, unless you want to smear an innocent man.
What woman in her right mind would allow another woman to be drugged and raped again and again?
I would say she is guilty of something for letting it happen.
I can't believe that if these rape parties were going on that the Police would have never been alerted. We are talking about teenage girls here.
I think it would be so great if Kavanough turned the tables on Ford and comes clean that he does remember the night in question and it was a drunken Ford that threw herself at him and he pushed her away which infuriated her and this is her revenge.
