What you fail to understand is that Kavanaugh was picked by the Federalist Society to do the bidding of the richest people in the US, the Kochs, Mercers, Skaifes etc. and he will vote in lockstep with the other conservatives in eroding our rights and giving more power to the billionaires. Of course they will throw you a bone and give 6 year olds the right to bring Ak47s to school and they will likely outlaw abortion so that your taxes can double when you have to pay to raise all the unwanted babies who were "saved" from being aborted, but you might not like it when your rivers and lakes are polluted to the point where you can't swim or fish, or Federal land is sold off to private interests so that you can't go 4 wheeling or hunting, and if you don't think those things will happen you are really a fool. The Corporatists are the deep state and they are NOT your friend.

This isn't up for debate, the conservative justices don't give a hoot about you or what you want, they want the friendliest environment for the wealthy and for corporations that they can offer, whether it's allowing pollution, taking away employees rights to sue an employer and instead submit to arbitration, expanding the role of corporations in elections ...that's what their job is, that's what they were picked to do and that is what they will do.
