I bet he wore a pink polo shirt with a popped collar when he tried to rape the girl.
Everything about this guy "Brett", screamed frat boy and lo and behold here he was acting the part of drunken entitled frat boy. Interesting how they have to assault girls in groups of two or more but that is what brotherhood is all about.
Kavanaugh confirmation on the Supreme Court is looking less and less likely. Woman has credibly accused him of attempted rape. Documents are appearing that contradict his Senate testimony. It's only a matter of time until he withdraws.
The confirmation remains likely. Not one senator has said they intend to change their vote. A few have said they want to hear the accuser testify first.
There are only two possibilities concerning the 2012 therapy notes where Ford talked about an attempted rape involving boys from a local prep school:
1. This is part of a sophisticated conspiracy by the left to taint all possible conservative Supreme Court nominees by creating a false paper history years in advance, or
2. She's telling the truth.
No. 1 is too far-fetched. That leaves No. 2 as the only reasonable conclusion.
No, it's essentially meaningless. There is a reason polygraphs are inadmissible in court. There is no such thing as "passed". Polygraphs do not return truth or lie. They return physiological measurements that an examiner interprets. A biased examiner can interpret them in any manner. Polygraphs can be "beaten". And who knows how many "failed" polygraphs she took before she finally "passed" one?

Funny you mention that. I have never heard of Brett Kavanaugh before his SCOTUS nomination. However, watching speak during his hearing, he seemed kind of arrogant and had a sense of entitlement to the way he spoke to people and addressed tough questions.
And I just saw this morning that he is the son of a big-time judge in the DC area. Much like Trump (though not nearly as severe a case), Kavanaugh was born into a well-to-do family. He grew up with privilege, expensive private schooling, and entitlement.
None of this matters one way or the other, but just an interesting point you make. Brett Kavanaugh IS indeed a privileged, "popped collar polo" frat boy. Spoiled most of his life and used to getting his way.
Republicans are blocking the release of Kavanaugh's documents from his Bush administration years but are now fussing about Feinstein not immediately releasing document about an attempted rape?
What?
