What they did there is a common security protocol, in fact they would have been negligent had they not done it. The only thing that should be of concern there is what occurred before they did it and the timing.
Just heard infamous Peter Strzok was told about this in 2015 and he didn't want to tell Hillary to stop using her server. Seems to me he was the guy in one of those declassified emails that warned people to treat Hillary with kid gloves because she would be President and was basically a bi-tch on wheels. What a bunch of p*ssy-whipped, incompetent boobs.

Subpoenaed is only half the issue because by law she needed to turn over all work related email for government archives. The FBI was able to obtain about 29K+ emails she never handed over, they obtained these by searching through the government provided email accounts of other employees. There is an undetermined amount of emails that will never see the light of day if they were sent/received from private accounts or the private server. .
I am not so sure. They just were interviewing Sidney Powell on Tucker the other night and she said that Wiener laptop contained over 700,000 emails from Clinton that went back to 2006. She said Strzok only read through 3000 of them. I think they are still in existence.

Do you have a problem with previous Secretaries having private servers? Because they did.
No SOS had a private server which is distinctly different than the private email accounts Rice and Powell used. When you are running private server this gives you much greater control of the communications in particular if they were internal private email accounts. In such case the only record of those communications is on the server and the device used to access it, since you have physical control of both devices any trace of those communications can be completely removed. Even communications to private external email accounts are an issue because the trail goes cold once they are removed from the private server.
As far as Rice and Powell's use of private email accounts this is practice that needs to be made illegal. With that said I' have already mentioned this in the first post I made in this topic.

It's the opposite. It puts the Trump stuff in context. The FBI is wildly biased in favor of Hillary. and the fact that Comey refused to pursue criminal charges against Hillary for a serious crime totally undermines the FBI's credibility in regard to the Trump witch hunt.

What I'm saying is the act itself is common practice. It's what occurred before that and the timing that is important. AFAIK the wiping of the server occurred as this story was developing but before any investigation had begun. The timing is clearly questionable.
The real enemy was never Russia. It's China. And now it appears that China easily hacked her hoopty of a email server and got everything she did as US Secretary of State as part of Obama's Administration.
No wonder they were able to take advantage of Obama.
