I'm hanging out in the garage now sitting within 10 feet of 3000+ rounds of ammo. Much of it is .22LR and 9mm. Also seeing that I need to get the dust off the press and cover it up.
I'm looking to get into 3 Gun and Steel Challenge (on top of IDPA) and will need a LOT more than I have between practice and competition. That press is going to get a workout. lol

3100 .223/5.56 ready to load

Of my friends I may be the least stocked up of the bunch.....but I'm a better aim so I don't NEED as much ammo!

If you cared at all for public welfare you'd be calling for everyone to participate in carrying and advocating everyone keep and bear arms rather than preach fear hate and feelz.
I think the general rule in the gun world is to laugh at the guys with a smaller ammo pile than yourself while simultaneously getting laughed at by the guys that make your ammo pile look pathetically small. All I know is that I never have enough ammo no matter how much I try to put away.
Interesting responses in general though... good to see the anti-gunner's cultural reprogramming isn't taking hold (in CD at least). Very few posters seemed to think there should be quantity limits on otherwise legally possessed private property. I agree!
