I think those who employ illegals should be sent to the federal pen. One year in the klink for each illegal hired.

Is that why contraceptives aren't available in the US in red states?

Oh... wait.

America is a red nation and abortion is still legal for now. The right wing wants more government regulation. As long as it doesn't affect their corporate masters.

I'll ask you the same question... If e-verify has a 54% failure rate in identifying illegal alien workers, what means do employers have to improve on that?

Also, a suggestion... First step... Get the Dems to introduce a mandatory e-verify bill and let Congress vote. We'll see who wants what regarding illegal aliens.

Funny how the right doesn't think employing illegals should be a crime. Even if illegals commit thousands of crimes. I guess the employers are too white.

Corporations are the masters of the left. Why do you think the Dems won't introduce a bill to mandate e-verify or support one that does so? Why do you think only Dem cities/states are "sanctuary" cities/states? They're serving their corporate masters. At the expense of everyone else. Own it!

Let's see the GOP bring it up. They are the ones whining about illegals. And if this 54% failure rate is true (no link provided), is that a reason to excuse whites from any responsibility?

Of course corporations are also the masters of the left. Right wing government ensures this.

They have. Several times. Always resisted by the Dems. Let the Dems introduce an e-verify mandate bill, for once.

Here's the info, and the link:
Quote:
"As seen in Exhibit 2, approximately 3.3 percent of all E-Verify findings are for unauthorized workers incorrectly found employment authorized and 2.9 percent of all findings are for unauthorized workers correctly not found employment authorized. Thus, almost half of all unauthorized workers are correctly not found to be employment authorized (2.9/6.2) and just over half are found to be employment authorized (3.3/6.2). Consequently, the inaccuracy rate for unauthorized workers is estimated to be approximately 54 percent with a plausible range of 37 percent to 64 percent. This finding is not surprising, given that since the inception of E-Verify it has been clear that many unauthorized workers obtain employment by committing identity fraud that cannot be detected by E-Verify"

As to the "whites" reference... How would an employer know an illegal alien is using a stolen identity if even e-verify can't accurately detect it, and admits so?

Can you imagine the gnashing of teeth and wailing that would ensue if employers started accusing prospective employees who spoke English with a heavy foreign accent, or didn't speak English at all, of using a stolen identity?

This is what you'd hear:

"Bigots!"

"Racists!"

"Xenophobes!"

"Nazis!"

"White Supremacists!"

"Haters!"

...Shortly followed by a plethora of discrimination lawsuits.

Of course, the alternative would be to just never hire anyone who speaks English with a heavy foreign accent, or doesn't speak English at all, just to be sure you don't hire any illegal aliens.

Either way... It would almost be funny to watch the hilarity ensue.

Oh, and recent news...

Illegal aliens used stolen/forged IDs to get jobs.

Copy that problem ad nauseum.
