These places should be banned because they're not in my best interest. My wife would kill me if she caught me in such a place.

Actually - the courts have ruled that the requirement of a specific type of uniform is quite OK - even if it is "revealing".

There was a great case a few years ago against HOOTERS - some guy sued for discrimination - said they wanted him to wear "that uniform". The court said "oh well"
