It was clear. They would have the right but that does not mean they would do it.

I have the right to carry in WV. I believe everyone should have that right. I don't do it myself. I know of no Libertarian that would force religion on anyone even though they would agree you should be able to run your business as you please.

OK I was just arguing that libertarianism would give that right, whether or not anyone exercised it.
