You do not have the right to make my place of business your personal political platform do it on your own time Colin

That is exactly the case he is making, the teams colluded to keep him out of the NFL. A qualified quarterback cant even get a look or a short term contract, what will be the NFL's case. They go to trial and claim that 26 teams didn't need a quarterback for 2 seasons because they were solid at that position.

This is what we are doing now. People are having their voice heard through the free market. Liberals started this whole boycott thing... now the other side is fighting fire with fire. CK goes whining to the courts.
So what's their argument, that all the other felons didn't cost them money but they had the right to blackball Kaepernick because he was a bad individual. A team picked up Michael Vick but Kaepernick is a bridge too far. Fans don't care about bad behavior if they did the NFL would be bankrupt, those seats will be full no matter what the players do on and off the field.

Any team that picks him up would fill the stadium next weekend.

Only if they have a contract that dictates bans that behavior.

I'm just wondering though, would the courts force the American couple to buy NFL tickets now like we were forced to buy health insurance, and if we don't, we have to pay a higher tax?

Of all the times to protest against injustices, why do some people choose to do it during the National Anthem?

Can you argue that it hasn't got people's attention?

"Kaepernick’s collusion case"

I predict, the NFL will end up offering a settlement to Kap. Hush money for this to go away. NFL and it's lawyers could stand pat and pro-long this case for years, but the story lingers and some dirt could be revealed over the long term.
