I don't think many here watched the video from beginning to end after her performance, that pastor kept his arm around her for far too long.

That was obvious groping. He keeps moving his fingers and the hands are obviously too high/far around her side. Stop excusing the pervert. He should be charged.

I saw the video, he's a foot and a half taller and in the middle of a speech. I'm sure he wasn't focused on where he placed his hand. Looks more like the rib cage to me, but I can appreciate why someone might be offended, especially in our don't touch me society. I'm just saying, his placement looked natural due to her size.
