What happened at the funeral was not perverted. IMO, that minster was under all kinds of pressure. Time, performance, keeping to the schedule, etc. That was probably the most exposure he and his church would ever get. And the service was to honor a well known world wide figure and her family.
I doubt if he thought he could cop a feel on live tv and get by with it. He probably just wanted to get the young woman at the right spot on the podium.

In the old days, ugly and/or fat girls would spread nasty gossip about pretty girls, i.e. "she's a ****!", in the hope that males would find the pretty girls less desirable, but in the era of female sexual equality, there is no tolerance for traditional **** shaming.
Instead, today, the same ugly and/or fat girls shame innocent males who, like the pretty girls before them, just happened to be in the way.
I know nothing about this singer other than she looks 15 (I dont keep tabs on current celebrity bio's).
As for what I believe constitutes as perverted is ones behavior. That pastor, slick willy, Joe Biden comes to mind, among other public figures from the other side as well (since this is a political sub-forum)
Inappropriate staring in a sexual manner (i.e. looking at a private part the entire time while talking to a person, staring down a singers booty for more than a split second....
Inappropriate touching (i.e. hugging someone for an extended amount of time while sniffing their hair and having their hands on their lower back, clutching someone while fingering her breast.....
