Do you know the difference between a civil lawsuit and an indictment?
You don't appear to.

Who cares, that makes no difference regarding the character of a person that would start a fraudulent university to prey primarily on their own fan base. That is who he is and always has been.

There is little doubt (talking percentages here, not fact) that Trump is guilty of vastly more "crimes" than Obama or Hillary, neither of whom are even implicated in any.

But the very essence of Authoritarianism (and that is that Trumpism is) means he could machine gun 100 people in front of the White House and his fervent supporters would say it needed to be done for National Security reasons.

The world is run by we humans...with all our faults. I try to listen to the better angels, but many people cannot tune out the mob or the propaganda.

I kid you not when I say if Trump machine gunned 100 Muslims there would be many Americans celebrating.
If he machine gunned 100 Mexicans the same would occur.
If he machine gunned 100 black convicted criminals millions might approve.

But if he machine gunned 100 white Confederates and KKK types....well, those same Americans wouldn't be do happy.

Trump may end being able to claim he was the most successful crook of all time....

unlike Jareds dad.
or Rudys dad.
or Manafort.
or many many others close to him.....

My dad wasn't big on corporal punishment but when he did give me a smack and I complained that I didn't do it, he said "well, then, this is for the other times when I didn't catch you".....

And, of course, he was right. Whether he ends up in jail, convicted, re-elected or whatever...he will still go down as one of the worse POTUSs in history. And, if the Republic stands, one of the most crooked.

Heck, Republicans have been doing the crooked thing for generations...and very few have ever seen jail or conviction. Heck, look at Harding....one of the most scandal-ridden admins in history and he died while POTUS of a heart attack (probably related to the stress of knowing how much he failed the country).

The difference is that Harding was well liked.

But he did appoint 4 SCOTUS judges....interesting factoid of history that another completely corrupt admin was responsible for such....

sure I wouldn't mind if trump (a New York liberal) was carted off to jail if found guilty.

the question to you liberals is, since there is an abundance of evidence against bill, hitlery, obozo, lynch, Podesta, etc.. will you guys agree to them being carted off too....

bet you will deflect and not answer

Do Trump supporters know they're stupid, or are they in denial about that too?

If Trump or any of his tribe are guilty of colluding with the Russians on fixing the elections, sure, but all they can find are old tax cheats, and lying to corrupt FBI officials who we now find out are supporters of Trumps opponents

They would support them to the end, guilty or not, thats why they are Democrats and they support someone as unscrupulous as the server destroying Hillary.
