BTW, you know a sitting President can't be indicted, right, you do know that right?

You do also know you can't impeach a President for something he did before they were elected, you know that right?

You're stuck with Trump for the next 6+ years, deal with it.
Not really. That is conventional wisdom, but it's never been tested.

No matter, one way or the other. The indictments can wait until he is out of office and can't pardon anyone.

It's hard to really know what's going on for all of us. I would caution posting stuff like this. Heaven knows I am not pleased with the fact we ended up with President Trump, but we all just need to watch and wait and see what turns out to be the findings.

Paying hush money out of personal funds is not an FEC violation. I don't recall you complaining when Obama offered Jeremiah Wright $150K to keep quiet.

And if Mueller goes after 40 years of crimes then all he has done is prove Trump right: it has been a witch hunt all along.

whatever Mueller does to Trump, he will create a precedent for future Democrat Presidents.....be careful what you wish for Democrats.

40 years of crimes????? Mueller has no jurisdiction and unless it's murder, the statue of limitations has expired a long time ago.

The turd never should have been elected. Rich people rarely go to jail in America because they pay off and/or settle in court. Trump has been sued between 3,500 and 4,000 times. I remember when republicans hated lawyers and lawsuits.

Now, the presidency will probably keep Trump from prison.

And I predict this thread will be closed after xx pages because the outraged zeolots on CD will flood the thread with ugly venom. Too many of the moderators lean right and seem to close the threads where righties get obliterated on facts.

Plus obstruction of justice and FEC violations paying hush money to porn stars.

And Mueller's report won't be an anonymous op-ed: he will sign his name under it. And it'll be backed up with reams of data and evidence.

Trump is a lame duck. He will either resign or announce he won't run again in 2020. It's all but certain now.

Most people right now will consider this to be leftist TDS-sufferer wishful thinking. Trump cannot possibly be anything other than an innocent victim of a liberal conspiracy to overthrow the 2016 election and there’s nothing that can convince people otherwise. Time will tell how this all plays out.

If we can go back 40 years, why not 240 years ?

I'm actually guessing most people hoping for Trump's downfall actually do not know these facts.
