That is the objective, and once the elections are over, good bye investigation, an Mueller.

Bob.
Manafort's next trial probably won't be over until right at Halloween. Mueller is still sending out subpoenas. He just sent one to Jerome Corsi to testify before a Grand Jury. There are also around 300 sealed indictments in D.C. District Court and SDNY.

Mueller will be at it for a while, yet.

You seem to have overlooked the fact that the thread is about crimes going back 40 years. Even if -- and it's a huge "if" -- such stale crimes could serve as the basis for impeachment, it can't happen in practice because Mueller can't investigate or report on any such crimes.

Bob.

Keep dreaming Bob. This is not the Ken Star investigation. Muller is a lifelong FBI agent and former chief - his job is to look for illegal acts. He has already uncovered and indicted quite a few. There is likely more malfeasance than even Nixon's Whitehouse and Trump has only been President for less than two years.

This is not ending in November.

I have written these people off to be just as delusional, imbecilic and completely off the reservation as their leader Trump. And they will learn this in November. Meantime its a waste of time arguing any points of sanity with these folks.
Lol... you haven’t learned anything from the 2016 presidential election. The trouncing that Hillary was going to give Trump was gonna be “ beautiful”....How’d that work out for you?

Been proving you wrong for years.

False. That's not specified in Art 2 Section 4 of the Constitution.
Nixon was not removed. He resigned.

On paper, Nixon resigned -- under duress. In effect he was removed from office when the leaders of the Senate and the House met with Nixon and told him they had the votes to impeach and convict. Nixon resigned with a virtual gun to his head. It's not like he decided to quit all by himself.

At least your response fits some logic. Problem is-Mueller can in fact investigate them as they could lead to Russian involvement later, especially anything involving Russian money laundering for example. And no, its not a huge if at all. Impeachment does not require a crime as most think of one. Now your comment about Mueller not reporting on them has some merit, he may choose not too. But given Trumps actions so far do you think he would?
