Sad isn't. This poor kid was disabled and had speech problems. The babysitters were family friends that the child probably trusted also.

What the hell. Meanwhile when I was 13 and babysitting, I felt guilty about letting the 4 year old eat a jar full of maraschino cherries for dinner once.

That was not just a small water bottle, that was a pretty solid and heavy 5 gallon jug that was thrown at his head. You know what is really sick, the girl will get 20hrs of community service. If the parents seek revenge, even in the slightest manner, they will be thrown in jail.


Justice folks, that is justice in our society. I know we should be civilized, but honestly I wonder if mob rules is the best way.
