It should be very easy to look up the statutory state code on this. If her actions fit within that definition of murder, then she should be charged with murder. If not, then she should be charged with the appropriate crime to fit her actions.

What she did was horrendous and she should pay for it, but the question is what is the appropriate coded law that applies to these circumstances. This is the rule of law and the appropriate charges should be applied in each case.

I'm not going to look it up, as I have other things to do.

Sorry you couldn't see it. I'll repeat it for you:

So now we learn that her partner lover Martin Rivera is also a killer cop:

https://www.dallasnews.com/news/2019...olice-partner/

Dallas police Officer Martin Rivera took the stand this week in the Amber Guyger trial, where prosecutors revealed that he and Guyger, his former police partner, had an on-again, off-again sexual relationship. Rivera has something else in common with Guyger: The 17-year DPD veteran also shot and killed an unarmed man.

On March 22, 2007, Rivera shot 20-year-old Brandon Washington outside a convenience store, where the man was eating an allegedly stolen candy bar.

When Washington was slow to take his hands out of his pockets, Rivera shot Washington once in the head and leg, police records say. He died later.

No weapon was recovered from Washington, according to news reports at the time. The item in his pocket was a cell phone, his mother said.

Fun fact. Stupid people can also commit murder.

If anything, this lady should scare the hell put of you. Jean wasn't doing something out of the ordinary. He was doing something that we all do every-day: relaxing in his own living room.
And she never gave him a chance to be taken alive. She just pulled her gun and shot him.

She said she only saw a silhouette and that he charged her.

Except the television and his laptop, both on, would have let off enough light to allow her to see more than a silhouette.

And he didn't charge her because he was on the couch eating ice cream when he was shot. Very threatening.

She's just getting caught in one lie after the next. Even her ex asked her why she was texting him instead of giving 100% attention to the man she shot.

She never should have been a cop in the first place and the price for her becoming one is a young man's life being taken.

This whole thing is disgusting.

I don't see how she has a chance of being found not guilty of something. She's doing some time. And other inmates are really hard on cops.
