“Legal precedents” don't mean a damn thing with regards to Natural Law.
I believe we have had some recent cases where the government needed to acquire land through eminent domain, and some stupid property owner thought he could win with gunfire, and holding out.
I believe the government won.
I will see if I can locate some information about the incident.

The illegal aliens in this country already cost more than a wall would.

Building a wall to keep out illegal aliens is not a waste; what is a waste is the billions of dollars spent on illegal aliens.

I don't violate the NAP. I respect private property rights. Therefore, I have no reason to ever end up in criminal court.

Bob.
Standing up for your rights against a malevolent State is "stupid."

"Give me liberty or give me death" was just a suggestion.

Example #32476347343709480984 of why Statism is cancer.

Our country has always been the land of the free where we welcomed everyone who wanted a better life. What do you think would happen to our country without them. For one thing farmers would suffer

Immediately and completely abolish ALL welfare/handouts/entitlements--for illegals and citizens. Boom--problem solved.

Building a wall IS a waste, as it is funded by stolen income; and as anyone with any shred of intelligence is aware--all taxation is theft.

So taxation is "theft"?

When you apply for medicare, remember that.
It's taxes that pay for medicare.
