I believe the first test of the two to be overly broad and too easy to reach.
The second one about double standards sounds good to me.

Remember using #1 for Israel could eventually be moved into other groups.

Well, Trump has been next to useless for the core social interests of his base but is working to enact social policies that benefit a group that did not vote for him at the highest rate of any other group, and whose journalists are at the center of trying to stymie Trump at any cost to this nation. I suppose that makes Trump a de facto Jewish president. That's an amazing feat, given that Jews did not vote for Trump as a group.
