Okay, good, now that we have it on record that the adulation is for Trump specifically, be prepared for Trump to undo many of the LGBT friendly policies Obama brought forward.

Thank you to all of you who have liked my OP and who have messaged me personally! We really appreciate the support and it underscores all the real, mainstream support we also get in our neighborhood, from our families, and from mainstream America.

We know who supports us and who, on the hateful side does not.

That's good. Just remember the Republican platform opposes gay marriage so much that the very first page of the GOP platform states their opposition in very clear terms.

It also supports unlimited abortion 'rights'. What's your point?

Welcome to him. May he enjoy our country. I hope we can all come together someday.
Sigh.

Not sure what that means. The GOP platform not only opposes abortion, it opposes contraceptive education in schools. Since both are men, that wouldn't be applicable would it? But as a gay couple, the GOP also very clearly opposes gay marriage and states so clearly on the first page.

This country has done well by us and we plan to continue to do well by it and make sure we don't vote for any DemonRat.
Congratulations on your husband becoming a citizen. The right to vote for who you want is one of the great things about this country.

I misspoke as I as on the phone. You're right, we are opposed to abortion on demand. I meant to say, 'so what, Democrats want abortion on demand'.

I have some Democrat friends who had abortions years ago. You would not believe the turmoil they went through. It was not a decision made lightly. Why you think Democrats are just heartless baby killers is beyond me. Sorry you feel that way. And I'm sure there are no Republican women who have had one either. SMDH.

I wasn't speaking of rank and file voters or people, but of the politicians. People like Hillary believe in abortion on demand as a philosophical stance.
