you've got a strange definition of "insignificant".

He is smart to "tell what he knows".... no one remains being pimped and played forever, and when they come to terms with the malice they were entwined and the broad damage it does to them, their family and the nation. Those who come forth, pursue for themselves and their family a second chance to regain and enjoin a sense of respect for the nation, its integrity, and the character that is better beneficial to the world they will some day leave for their children.

He's watched Trump stomp on anyone and everyone who does not submit and pander to him. To any person, when faced with challenge to self, life and family, and does not awaken at that point, they then accept being less than the man and person they can be and the consequences will consume them and destroy their family. Its a point where many over the span of life, have made the change. (We've seen it happen in Mobs, since the history of mobs existed, its no different with those within the Trump mob like webs, we see it with Flynn, Cohen, and many others who are not cooperating with the prosecutors, and many more will do the same in cooperating.)

Cohen, has found that awakening point, and each person is brought to it, by the unique means they are brought to it, the grace and dignity point, is when they accept that awakening.

He has decades and decades of information, it did not just suddenly come to him of what kind of "bulldozer type" he was dealing with, he knew to make recorded memo's to deal with it because he knew, the day was coming that he'd too be bulldozed over.

Now, he can make it all known to the prosecutors.

Bob Mueller is so much smarter than Trump and all his attorneys.

It is going to be so funny watching the mass exodus of Trumplings leave C-D after Mueller drops the hammer.

Not to mention Fredo (Junior) and Jarvanka on deck.

Here is a good article from a conservative...at least in principle...opinion writer sending out a warning signal to fellow conservatives. I think you will see more and more of these as this unfolds.

Conservatives, Prepare Yourself Now for What Mueller May Find
How we react in the aftermath of the special counsel’s findings will determine the future of the Republican Party and, possibly, the country.

Quote:
Things are speeding up in Robert Mueller’s universe. In recent days, Donald Trump provided his written responses to the special counsel team’s questions. On top of that, Roger Stone confidant Jerome Corsi refused a plea deal and faces perjury charges. And, on Thursday, former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to lying to Congress about Trump’s business dealings with Russia during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Things, as they say, are coming to a head.

And because of that, it’s important to take a moment and consider how we are going to react when the final report is written. That’s especially true for my conservative friends, who are understandably going to feel squeezed. Conservatives are going to be put in a lot of difficult situations these next few weeks or months. How we react won’t just determine the Republican Party’s future but, perhaps, the country’s as well.
It's a good read. The alt-right will go down with the ship but you are going to see some splintering in the GOP contingent on exactly how bad this thing actually will become. At the time of his resignation Richard Nixon still had 25% support. You could see something similar here if this goes the way I think it is going. At least this guy draws a line in the sand

Quote:
We should be ready to accept the very real possibility that serious misdemeanors were committed and lies told. Frankly, if it becomes clear that the president made foreign-policy or public-policy decisions—while in office—based on the fact that he was in some way (a) compromised, or (b) seeking personal gain by virtue of his position, that would be a bridge too far.

So you think that now the GOP is Trump and Trump is the GOP.

OK.

So you are anchoring your defense of Trump and his Administration is that "the campaign’s documented contacts with Russians may prove to have been naive, bumbling, reckless, sleazy, unpatriotic or some combination thereof — but not criminal"?

Gotta love it.
