Quick Enough. Not again, please have mercy...

If you can be specific about what "FACTS" I "ignore," okay, but to just toss out a lame comment like this without any specifics whatsoever? Really? What are you scared of?

Maybe you're the one who should be ashamed about never learning to stop that sort of childish nonsense. We're all adults here, most of us anyway, be specific! I'm not at all reluctant to address every "fact" and/or comment as I believe this thread well proves. If my response is not adequate or somehow not making sense, just say so, and be specific. Got something to say? Be a big boy and say it!

Otherwise what else can anyone do with a comment like yours but throw it onto the big pile of manure made of all the other comments like yours, hardly worth reading!

Surely you -- anyone -- can do better than that!

For me it has nothing to do with a pre/post Trump America, as in general to me it's the same America.

What do I miss?

I miss viewing our President as more professional and not more like a teenager.
I miss social media being used about 10% as much with past president's compared to its use now (see above for the reason why).
I miss the fact that the divide in America might have already existed, but not being constantly reminded day after day since Trump took over.
I miss not hearing the words collusion, Russia, fake news, and others all the time.

I miss the days of a LOT less drama period! Sex dramas, White House dramas. Trump dramas!

Trump supporters come up with all kinds of creative ways to excuse or view Trump in a different light, mostly a call to ignore all the nonsense, but how do you do take someone seriously when they act the way Trump tends to act as a rule? One thing is the occasional misstep, goofed comment, but this with Trump is just an ongoing parade of embarrassment that truly detracts from what good CAN be said about Trump.

Example? When Trump said what he did to insult John McCain, I really couldn't believe it. About the most insulting thing I've heard come out of anyone's mouth, but the insulting part is not the worst of it. The insult is also one of the dumbest things I've ever heard come out of a politicians mouth. It's hardly got any better since then.

People use to wonder if the White House would change Trump or whether Trump would change the White House. I was hoping it would be both for the better. Instead it turns out the opposite...

Okay, maybe better put as you pose the question, but either way the idea is to consider what we have actually gained or lost thanks to Trump...

Obviously you list a few more worthy items that can be added to the already long list of what many millions of Americans miss about the days before Trump was a part of our days, as POTUS. I could add still more, but might be this thread is coming to it's natural end. I don't know. I also don't know if the people who drop in and post a comment in this thread ever return, but I often wish they would, because I'm curious how or why my efforts to explain myself fall short. What I'm missing, specifically!

Or am I right to think they really don't know their argument too well, only their opinion?

One thing I noticed as I signed off yesterday is how so many people actually get mean about reading comments like some of mine that are simply explaining a perspective different from theirs. It is unsettling to think there are so many people out there who can't deal with alternative opinion in an adult civil manner. What is up with that I wonder? You can't read what someone else thinks without getting unhinged? You've got to get nasty?

Why I wonder? Then again, why wonder about people who are immature and frustrated by civil conversation that simply doesn't align with their thinking? Here of all places! Where we can all express what we think without interruption, without violence, without even letting on who we are! Or is that the problem? People behaving badly because they can be anonymous jerk heads.

You don't agree with me? "Jane, you ignorant slu[g]!"

And the same conservatives in this forum say it's the liberals behaving badly! Funny. No?

I don't particularly care for the personal things that Trump does or the way he acts. It could be better, but at the end of the day that's his business.

However, I do care about Trump's policies and how they affect the U.S. economy and the security and prosperity of Americans. That is the reason he was elected President.

Was it better that Bush and Obama were invading middle eastern countries? We are so revolted by Sex scandals, but oblivious to 100s of Thousands of deaths and millions displaced? How many people died because of Trumps and Clintons sex scandals? None

I really think that he can get us into some serious wars! The North Korean dictator, Kim Jong-un is a psychopath who will not hesitate to launch nuclear missiles at us if pushed too far! Trump really needs to think about what could possibly happen to the people of this country if he doesn’t keep his adolescent mouth shut!

If that's true then let's push that pudgy midget weirdo until he targets San Francisco and LA.
