It just keeps getting better.

Well then, she should be impeached as well!

Facsists always call other people fascists. It's part of the playbook.

I never payed any attention to Trump or where his money came from before he was elected. And I'm no fascist, but after he met with Putin, one of the first foreign leaders Trump met as President, I thought it was damned odd that they were so cozy. Putin's big fat guy was even cozier.

All it took was a day on the net looking for connections, and it was obvious to me that Trump laundered money. It was the only way he could get re-financed after he went bust in the 1990s. Hotels, casinos and resorts are perfect laundromats; they all deal with lots of cash, are extremely expensive to build, and very easy to pass foreign currencies through.

Money laundering is why the mob moved into Las Vegas. Resort casinos are a double-whammy washing machine because they can make lots of legitimate money and handle lots of cash. Illegal cash is useless if a person can't spend it without being caught. But cash is anonymous as long as it can be moved around. The safest laundromats are all international, as whats illegal in one country may not be in another.

Figure it out for yourself. There's no proof as yet, but there's a lot of reasonable suspicion. Fascism has nothing at all to do with it except in your own head.

You can still like a person who's a crook, and a crook can still come up with some pretty good political policies that are honest. No one is ever all bad or all good.

So the Left, which has been calling Trump a fascist, is fascist then.

The Urgent Question of Trump and Money Laundering
How Bruce Ohr, President Trump’s latest Twitter target, fits a suspicious pattern of behavior on Russia

Donald Trump has a long history of doing what he thinks is best for Donald Trump. If he needs to discard friends, allies or wives along the way, so be it. “I’m a greedy person,” he has explained. It’s important to keep this trait in mind when trying to make sense of the Russia story...

The latest reason to be suspicious is Trump’s attacks on a formerly obscure Justice Department official named Bruce Ohr... Ohr’s sin is that he appears to have been marginally involved in inquiries into Trump’s Russian links. In his highly respected three-decade career in law enforcement, he has specialized in going after Russian organized crime... It just so happens that most of the once-obscure bureaucrats whom Trump has tried to discredit also are experts in some combination of Russia, organized crime and money laundering... Trump, she explained, seems to be trying to rid the government of experts in Russian organized crime.

the same oligarch paid Clinton millions

emails show Clinton Foundation staff pushed Hillary Clinton's State Department to approve a meeting between Bill Clinton and a powerful Russian oligarch as her agency lined up investors for a project under his purview.
The Clintons' relationship with Viktor Vekselberg, the billionaire whose name appears in the documents, has taken on new significance amid an expanding criminal

ill Clinton sought State Department approval to invite a powerful, Putin-backed Russian oligarch with an expansive history of corruption to the Clinton Global Initiative’s 2012 meeting while Clinton’s wife was secretary of state, according to an e-mail newly obtained by National Review.
The June 4, 2012 message was sent by Amitabh Desai, Bill Clinton’s foreign-policy director at the Clinton Foundation and the same man who later asked the State Department’s permission for Clinton to give paid speeches in North Korea and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

“Would [the U.S. government] have any concerns about CGI inviting Viktor Vekselberg, President of Renova Group, to attend CGI Annual Meeting in NYC in September?” Desai asks Clinton confidantes Cheryl Mills, Jake Sullivan, and Michael Fuchs under the subject line “Russia/Viktor Vekselberg?”
Valued at around $18 billion and described as the “oligarch’s oligarch,” Vekselberg is perhaps the richest man in Russia. Russian dissidents describe him as a key component of Putin’s economic regime, a man who has helped consolidate Russian industry under businesses friendly to the Kremlin in exchange for sweetheart deals and kickbacks. Vekselberg’s Renova Group, which contributed between $25,000 and $50,000 to the Clinton Foundation, seems to have tendrils in virtually every aspect of the Russian economy, from precious metals to oil to high-tech industry.

Democrats and the left didn't just collude with Russia; they embraced them, and show no shame in having done so.

I think Bob Mueller is on it.

As to the money laundering, enter Wilbur Ross....yes, sleepy old Wilbur...and his Bank of Cyprus. Seems like Russian Mob money went from Putin to Wilbur's bank and then on to Trump projects in the middle east.

Old Wilbur is a wily character, accused of cheating his partners, and not half as meek as he comes across. Dangerous guy...just as creepy as the Dotard.

Interesting. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, but we won’t know for sure until Mueller concludes his investigation. I’m sure Two Scoops wants to shut it down so badly he can taste it, but hopefully it will be allowed to finish and appropriate action will be taken based on the findings.
