The veil isnt thin, it's transparent. It's not even worn anymore in some quarters. It's monitized, ordained, legislated, (and worse off), accepted by many.
I call it Victims Inc, LLC®.
Yeah that true. It's only veiled in the sense that it is not admitted it's reverse-racism or oftentimes not admitted that it can actually even exist at all.

This has been the accepted definition of racism for decades:
rac·ism
ˈrāˌsizəm/Submit
noun
"prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior."
This is what the left has turned it into:
"Prejudice plus power is a stipulative definition of racism often used by anti-racist educators, including the American pastor Joseph Barndt.[1] The definition was first proposed by Patricia Bidol, who, in a 1970 book, defined it as "prejudice plus institutional power."[2]
According to this definition, two elements are required in order for racism to exist: racial prejudice, and social power to codify and enforce this prejudice into an entire society"
It is a control factor that has been cleverly manipulated into anybody that is not white (now add cis gendered and male as a bonus prize!) as to having having "power", hence they are exempt from any charges of "racism". White people have the power. How about that south Detroit guy with face tattoos, a heroin habit, no teeth. and a long rap sheet. By virtue of being white, he has "power".How about that unemployed, uneducated white goober coal miner in West Virginia? Yep, he has "power"! It doesnt matter anymore if the person even matches the left's own definition far too often. All that matters mostly is the box that is checked is "white".
See how that works?
Why do you think the wild and unvetted charges of "racism" are so widely thrown about by the left (and their low info acolytes)? Because only a narrow group of people fit into the range of having "power".
It goes on.

Rather than going with this stuff where if a person used some racial slur when he/she was five years old or has some kind of a hangup with different races, he or she is some big, bad racist, why don't you show a REAL success story where a REAL racist who was filled with REAL hate and who REALLY did have something to repent for, actually DID repent?
I'll tell you why: because you folks HATE that sort of success story. It denies you a bogeyman. You want a bogeyman that you can throw in everyone's face and say, "See there! He's white. He hates. You're white. You hate." You want political weapons. And what people like the guy in the below video does is deny you that. You want that hate to stay so you have something to rub in everyone's faces.

Agreed - however what you have quoted there first is the politically correct, all inclusive, revisionist definition of racism and if you consult a real dictionary - not an online one- produced before the 80s when the multiculturalists really took over academia and education, you'll find the ACTUAL definition.
Which is basically the belief that race is the primary or sole determinant of human ability/quality/characteristics and that because of this the speakers own race is superior. That is racism, anything else is not racism.
Because anything with an ism on the end of it, is a belief SYSTEM. Its a systematic way of looking at some issue or thing. Its not an act, a word, a slur, a comment, whatever. Its a belief SYSTEM. So no, rules are not racist. Unless they express the central tenet of the system, there is no way a rule can be "Racist".
If the rule is "people that commit the crime of burglary are to be locked up for two years", and the argument is the rule is "racist" just because more blacks than whites get locked up, that argument is false. It has nothing to do with race, just because someone insisted its about race. If blacks are legitimately falsely arrested, and falsely imprisoned, then there are some obvious prejudices in the parts of the system that provide enforcement and adjudication. However, the RULE itself is not "Racist".
To the left, full of their Identity Politics dogma, though, EVERYTHING is racist, because the entire SYSTEM is racist. This of course is non-sensical. If the entire system were actually racist, actually was "white supremacist" non-whites wouldn't even be here the first place. Why would a racist, supremacist system allow the presence of those it objects to?
Makes no sense. But this is what the left does. It distorts the meaning of common words, inverts them, in order to weaponize language for political advantage. That's why screaming "racist" or "bigot" or "sexist" anytime anyone disagrees with their dogma ,is the standard response. That's all they've got.
All of you who run around crying about "racism" in others would be better off tending to your own gardens. We have had black millionaires, black billionaires, black Senators, black Supreme Court justices, and of course, a black president. Nothing is holding anybody back in this country except criminality, illegitimacy, substance abuse, violence, high drop-out rates, and poor attitudes. And no amount of racial virtue signalling can change that.
Only you can fix your life. It is about the choices that you make.
Go forth and be wise.
post. yes we all need to tend to our own gardens before tending to the gardens of others. when we make the right choices in life, we get rewarded, when we make the wrong choices in life we get punished.

This thread is proof that politically fringy people cannot be trusted with words.
Lefty fringies cannot be trusted using the words racist, hate, justice, nazi, fascist, etc.
Righty fringies cannot be trusted using the words patriot, freedom, socialist, marxist, communist, etc.
They make up their own definitions much of the time.
And, occasionally, there are these hopeful stories:
A Friendship for a More Tolerant America A white Navy veteran fessed up to his prejudices and the black president of a progressive think tank suggested ways to transcend them.
By Daniel Smith
“What can I do to change?” he asked plaintively. “You know, to be a better American?”
