In general? No...I have a bunch of male black friends...but I'll say yes when its a group of black people all thugged out spewing profanities and ghetto talk. Then again the same goes for any race of people that exhibit that behavior.

i'll be 50 in november. i've lived in 3 different states, worked/lived in at least 12 different cities....19 of those years were in south east Los Angeles.
in all my years...i've only been mistreated by one person of 'minority' race: and she was a crazy *ss. all the other minority people i've lived around & worked with were normal & kind, regardless of income or social stature (i was poor as a kid!). all the black girls i went to school with were the utmost gracious people...
minority men have never threatened or mistreated me (we won't count lewd snickering from latino males in huntington park). the only people who have ever mistreated me have been white.

Reason: somethin'
BTW- why are blacks so afraid of dogs? I have seen that so many times, it supports the stereotypes. Not meaning to be offensive at all, but it seems true.
Maybe it's genetically passed down from when they used dogs to find us after we ran away No one else is my family is scared of them but I was terrified of dogs when I was younger. I don't mind them now but I don't let them get too close to me unless I know them and even then I'm watching
In my experience, blacks fear mexicans and white trash more than whites fear blacks. Just a casual observation.

What have you seen that makes you think blacks are scared of dogs in general? Myself, I don't really care for them and I am not going to reach out and pet some strangers Rottweiler or Pit Bull? If you saw me avoid eye contact with your pooch would you assume its because I'm black or simply 'not a dog person'? I come from a predominantly black section of a city with a high black population. I shouldn't have seen nearly as many dogs as I did growing up if your assertions are correct. I saw plenty tugging on leashes held by, you guessed it, black folk.
Depends on what they are wearing. I fear clothing more than the people wearing the clothing. If they look and act like angry gang bangers, then yes I am cautiously fearful. Same goes with tatooed white guys in gang banging clothes or kids that look like cartoons. So it seems my fear revolves around the clothes.
Scared? No but I am wary and keep an eye on the "gangsta" types that I see. It seem some of them want you to fear them. I won't give them that satisfaction but I keep aware of them if they are in my immediate vicinity.
