I didn't watch the Cubs-Diamondbacks game yesterday and have no interest in the sport, but can someone please provide a play-by-play of the whole thing because I find it really boring and want all the deets. THANX!

I wouldn't even have known this awards show happened if it wasn't for the OP starting this thread. Oh the outrage!

Too bad you missed it, it was a great game. Here's a spoiler--the Cubs won.

But not having seen it shouldn't stop you from criticizing the game. That's the whole premise of this thread.

All of ELO's threads are pure comedy even though that is not his intention. Triggered and snowflakery rolled into one.

I like SNL but the 2 guys who do the news are not funny enough IMO for me to watch a whole show of them. Plus I don't watch enough TV to really know all the nominees. So I didn't watch.

But I'm not angry it exists or anything.

I did see some pretty dresses on the internet today. That was cool.

It may have started out soliciting opinions of people who watched it, but the first page was full of "I refused to watch because I hate those people" "I hate them more" "They are stinky pants" "They suck and I hate them too". LOL

It's a message board. You post your opinions, and other people may have opinions about your opinions. You'll live. Meanwhile I will laugh, because this is funny to me. **shrugs**
You missed the title of this thread apparently.
Did anyone watch the Emmys show last night?

People came to post if they did or not and why.

I loved it -- all of us that watched thought it was a fun show.

ELO is all upset over a show he didn't see.

We'll, that's just unfortunate.

As distraction threads go, this has got to be one of the funnier ones.

I'm curious where the OP "heard" about the "arrogant clownishness". Are the Emmy's a hot water cooler topic in her office?

Yeah, sadly, a lot of bitter trolls could not answer a simple question, and instead shoved that rod up their azz so far up that its affecting their brains. So far to the point where, despite stating in the OP that I DID NOT watch it, that I was informed that if I didnt like it, I should turn the channel..
