Religions are just belief and opinions (most of them totally stupid and ignorant) that people VOLUNTARILY hold....it deserves no special protection, and certainly not more than any other belief or opinion that isn't religious in nature.

The entire concept of religious freedom is stupid. The real point is we should not allow any foreign persons in the government in any official position or role, and we should similarly reject the intrusion of foreign customs, cultures, or traditions into the United States.

And who gets to decide who's "foreign"? You? The local White Citizen's Council?

Or - hold on, this may be a crazy concept - we could allow the governed to have a say in who gets to govern them. They could - stay with me - have elections, with secret ballots, so that they picked their own representatives. These guys back in the 18th century had that idea, names like Jefferson and Washington, you should look them up. Smart fellows.

Not at all, go nuts. Just don't pretend anyone outside your congregation is bound by whatever rules your deity lays down.

Christians, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs - none of them are a problem. Fundamentalists are. And right now, in the US, it's the Christian fundamentalists who are best placed to exert power.

We may actually have a bit of common ground there. But people seem to find immense support and comfort in belief, so who am I to say they're wrong?

So I see. The lefts goal is to weaken Christianity by importing increasing numbers of other religions out of an irrational fear or dislike of Christians and naivety or attraction to foreign religions.

No, but that’s seemingly your perception of equality....how Christian of you.

No, the goal is to get fundamentalist Christianity out of our government. I would apply that equally to every religion, but it's fundamentalist Christianity that has a stranglehold on the government at the moment, so that's why we're focusing on it.

Naw, their goal is to expand, invade, convert, and create new Islamic controlled Terratories. They have been attacking the west for 1400 years why would they stop now? As Islam is growing and becoming more fundamentalist, Christian's are shrinking and becoming more Liberal. Of course Islam like communism has always been the Darling of Left, so as Dems move further left its no surprise they have been embracing Islam
