False reasoning and comparison.

Not all rapes are extremely difficult to prove factually. Many have maple facts, so many are easy to prosecute with factual evidence.

If we were to go by your reasoning, we would have to agree all rapes are extremely difficult to prove, so no rapes should be investigated to find proof. Therefore, no rapes should be prosecuted.

We all know that to be false because many rapes have been investigated, and though the proof was difficult to find, it was found. The prosecutor used to proof to convict the rapist and justice prevailed.

In a rape, answer the question you posed. What is proof of a rape? It does exist, doesn't it?

It has to, or there would be no rapists in prison. In our system, proof is determined by a jury of our peers. It is usually, but not always, based on facts. There are some instances where proof is based on logic. Either is still proof. Both have convicted rapists.

I am confident that you'd be upset that you were ignored.

I have been inappropriately groped before, too. I have not pressed charges, even though one of these instances, I was a child and I think the offender would have gone to prison.

But, neither person has ever been offered a job of any major consequence, that I am aware of. Nothing on a state or federal level, that's for sure.

If they were, I'd speak up.
But what about all the other children you potentially put in harms way by saying nothing then? They don't count? Only those who have high level jobs?

Then I would suggest, if you're concerned that you may have been raped, to go out and get your proof, even if you sit on it for 40 years, this way it holds up in a court of law.
