Again, so what? The southwest isn't the entire U.S. anyway. There are far more states in the north east and mid-west than in the southwest combined. Sorry that you don't like the fact that we adopted English as our national de facto language and not Spanish.
That's just it. I was living among people of my choice, English speaking Americans, then all these foreign people speaking a foreign language just show up that I didn't choose to live with. It's imposition.

How do these parents here illegally communicate with their kids if not by speaking Spanish to them? Their kids after attending our schools make speak less Spanish where have I said otherwise?

Many Spanish speakers who know English still refuse to speak it unless they have to.
They have a right to speak whatever language they prefer.
