California ranks 41st in education.... they are in the WORST 10 for primary education

Well, yes, blue states have higher welfare participation because those states make it more available than red states. The safety net in blue states is stronger than it is in red states. If you're poor, believe me, you appreciate the help.

Also, as most of us know by now, blue states subsidize the well-being of red states. Blue state incomes are higher, which means blue state residents pay much more in federal income tax than residents of red states. Without the revenue/subsidies from blue states, red states would be much worse off.

Interesting to note that only one southern state made the list and that was Tennessee. So much for the claims that it is toothless, white trash Americans that are largest recipients of welfare in our country.
