MeToo was created by women to fight back against male sexual abuse, name calling, and humiliation in the work place, the schools, and in public!
Politics had absolutely NOTHING to do with it! This is all about sexual domination, not politics!
Bent- ask yourself: Is Gretchen Carlson a Democrat? Is Megyn Kelly a liberal? Is Bill Cosby a conservative? Or Harvey Weinstein? Or Al Franken?
In regards to sexual assault, I will believe it more when we have these some or all of these points: -Two on record victims -Clear consistent recollections -Multiple supporting witnesses -Photos -Audio -Detailed 911 call transcript*
Truth be told, while I don't have kids yet, I would be applying the same statements. Even if there is a lack of phys. evidence or audio/videos, consistent testimony from other people helps.

And it is because of attitudes like yours that women go decades without talking about what happened to them. You are laying out outrageous conditions that have to be met for a woman to talk, most sexual assault convictions don't have half of the evidence that you are requiring.

Maybe conservative women believe in patriarchy, and therefore that men shouldn't be held accountable because they are the bosses. Or the really fundamental ones believe God made men to rule over women so they simply accept it.
What is certain is that conservative women are harassed/assaulted/raped just as often as liberal women. The men who do these things don't care about their political leanings. It's all about power.

Men have it by virtue of being male.
All men have a place in the male hierarchy.
Women want this power because they feel they don't have it.
They feel vulnerable in ways that men typically don't.
They often feel disrespected and condescended to.
Some of them even imagine a male patriarchy exists and that it seeks to subjugate women for the benefit of men.
At the end of the day, you can't demand special protection and special accommodations and expect men to take you seriously when you go on a power trip.
