There are no credible accounts of sexual assault committed by Kavanaugh.

But by all means, let the FBI review everything and issue a letter stating as much. Works for me.

I voted Yes to your question, but I assumed it was a rhetorical question, because I do not see how it applies to anyone. Key word here is credible. There are no credible accounts of sexual assault committed by any Supreme Court nominees.

Its a hypothetical argument. So far there has been no creditable accounts from accuser's with any offering of corroboration. ZERO.

Its just more delay and capitulation to the party of ambush tactics meant to resist, obstruct and delay.

They need a weak fool to assist them and had to look no farther than a Flake.

More of the political power struggle and a new circus performance daily.

Do you ignore your daughter, wife or sister too when they say they have been sexually assaulted? Or do you tell them you are full of sh%t, quit asking for it and/or go back to the kitchen?

What exactly is credible to you? Is an investigation alot to ask or are you part of the backlash against the MeToo movement?

Well, apparently the FBI will. Republicans agreed to it and will delay the vote for 1 week.

Actually, "up" to one week. Don't be surprised if this gets wrapped up a good bit quicker than that.

The testimony was before the committee. Those women never even knew him, also said it didn't happen.
