"I’m not sure they had a shot at winning, now or ever — but Democrats seriously dropped the ball in their fight to stop the Senate confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court.

For starters, Sen. Dianne Feinstein should have handed that letter Christine Blasey Ford wrote, accusing Kavanaugh of trying to rape her when they were teenagers, to the FBI the moment she received it."

Ouch!

This is the San Francisco Chronicle!

Lol

Just noticed that it's written by Willie Brown. Ha

I met him a long time ago when I used to live in the Bay Area.

I think rat Feinstein should be investigated for her conduct in this matter.

They needed time to clean up/delete Ford's past... including her school records/yearbooks, work history, and all social media including pictures.

Don't believe me? Just try and find that stuff on the web.

There must be a video out there of her teaching. I don't believe for a second she looks or sounds like that in real life. If so, wow!

Exactly.

It was all carefully orchestrated and Ford was complicit.

She was their "insurance policy". See what I did there?

I hope your daughters will never be in a situation like this. But if they are, would you believe them or belittle them like you are doing to Dr Ford.

Just when I begin to become a bit complacent and ignore the news and not really think about things for a bit, perhaps becoming a bit complacent about things, the Dems go and pull something like this. Let's get out our Republican vote in November and show them a repeat of 2016.

Stop reading my mind! Me too (heh, seriously that wasn’t on purpose). I was in the same boat and this has completely fired me up.
