Really? Then you don't know a thing about Ruth Buzzi Ginsburg's background. If being partisan is the criterion for disqualification, she shouldn't even have been nominated

Could that have anything to do with how only one side mercilessly assailed his character and blindly accepted such an absurd charge of grouping for 35+ years ago when they were both kids.

Also remember he only became what you call partisan after those attacks. The rest of the hearing he was sedate and neutral.
But don't let that get in the way of trying to cover for the despicable actions of your party members. That combined with Ginsburg who has always been partisan and outspoken, yet your side does not want her impeached, right?

Hmmm rather “partisan” for a judge don’t you think?
Not really. She’s speaking her mind.

I thought y’all liked straight talk.

Kav spoke his mind, and the mind of a lot of Americans. RBG did too I guess. Of course judges will be somewhat partisan, they chose a party, they've seen things, they know things, they come to conclusions like all people. But using the Constitution as a guide they should have too much trouble avoiding bias on the court.

I have no issue with most people speaking their mind or expressing their viewpoint. However a sitting scotus trashing a sitting president is beyond the pale.
But I guess since you agree with her and/or like what she says it is ok.
Yet you trash Kavanaugh not for speaking his mind, but rather defending himself and his family from vile & despicable accusations, and say that makes him unfit.
So your judge gets a break and the other which you oppose should be vilified.
No hypocrisy there, right?

I like her. It’s hilarious that a frail, 90 year old, Jewish, New Yorker represents the laws of the people. I mean, you couldn’t create a more un-American justice if you tried. Pretty soon it will be like weekend at Bernie’s as liberal msm tries to convince the country that she’s still alive.
