I see no lawyers, law professors, voters, or Harvard law students asking for Kavanaugh to be confirmed because he's such a great guy. I see plenty of people asking for the opposite. Once again, a Senate hearing is not a criminal investigation. And much more than the sexual misconduct accusations was revealed.
Kavanaugh's behavior under questioning was also revealed, and it showed a judge who would lie under oath. Dr. Ford isn't trying to get on the Supreme Court; he is, but Kavanaugh supporters are also dismissing that behavior. Should a judge be rewarded for perjury now? Is that how low Republicans have stooped?
That boat has sailed. Better luck on the next Supreme Court nomination.
BULLCRAP! women lie about rape all the time to get back at a man. That is a fact. You google that and you will find hundreds of articles about a woman lying about being assaulted, raped etc to ruin a mans life.
Flake, Collins and Murkowski asked for an FBI investigation. They didn't get one. What they got is a rushed, incomplete and superficial report because that's what the FBI was ordered to do.
While the report is designed to provide CYA for Senators to vote "yes," ironically it also provides cover to Flake, Collins and Murkowski to vote "no." They could point to the report and say it's so obviously incomplete and leaves so many questions unanswered that they have no choice but the vote "no." I'm not predicting this but it is a slim possibility.
Oh Gosh, anything is a slim possibility but what you are even suggesting is about 3% possible at best. it is pretty much over except for the actual vote. The FBI did what most suspected. They interviewed some more people, there was nothing to indicate continuing would turn up anything new. Nothing, as predicted from day one could be proven and now we have wasted a heck of a lot of tax payers $$S. Give it up and find some other cause that might help you right wingers. At least you live in the one state where you have some other left wing supporters. Thank God I got out when I did.

Go to the Innocence Project and review their cases so you can see the ones that didn't make it into the national news. Fact - there are some people who make up rape allegations. All signs point to Ford being one of them.
They really are rats. I lean right, but nothing close to a 100% republican. I'll never vote of a democrat again though, not ever.
I’m registered independent but currently lean conservative (was a Democrat most of my life even voted for Obama the first time) — I will never vote for a democrat again unless they make some big time reforms.
A sham report done only for political cover. I hope witnesses continue to come forward and speak to the media.

I thought Ford was full of crap from the moment I heard she wore a pu**y hat and was a member of the "resistance". Those folks see this as a war and yes they will put themselves in harm's way if it helps the cause. I just didn't think it mattered, and the #metoo and #believewomen narrative would rule the day. Hopefully after the vote it will be proven that cooler heads prevailed.
