Let's ask Kavanaugh if any of the shennanigans that went on during the "hearing" would fly in his court of law. I'm sure Kavanaugh would tolerate the a defendant in his courtroom behaving the way he did .
No way. He would have had them up on contempt charges within a few minutes. But he is allowed to behave however reprehensibly he chooses. That's the benefit of privilege.
You wont have to go back too many years to find proof of embezzlement, other crazy drinking ventures, abuse and other crap

He's a liberal. He knows there isn't the slightest evidence Kavanaugh did anything worse than drink beer. So he makes up crimes out of thin air and accuses him of them.
That's SOP for the Democrats now. Facts and truth are the last thing they need, or want.
I don't know what's so hard to understand about the fact that getting a job is a completely different thing from being convicted in a criminal case, but apparently for many of you, it is.
The person I want on the supreme court is one who can remain impartial. This can't be done if one is emotional or even angry and has a problem with these emotions.
This is my favorite Democrat argument. We smeared him and pi$$ed him off so he is now biased. Please.

Which privilege are you speaking of? The privilege of being accused of crimes you didn't have anything to do with or the privilege of being the current target of the democrats who are still ass hurt about the 2016 election?
You mean the witnesses who already gave sworn statements saying that they had no recollection of the party, the event or the accusations being made? Those witnesses?
In a real court, they would have been cross-examined. Mark Judge can say anything he wants through his lawyer but that's not under oath being cross-examined. That's a whole different thing.

The privilege of behaving in a way that he would never tolerate from anyone else in his own courtroom.
It would be interesting to see how the left would spin it if Ford was later found out to be completely wrong on the events that occurred. That would be some major crow. Would they apologize? Would they turn on the #MeToo movement?
They are investing a LOT of emotion and support for Ford. To have that turned upside down would be interesting to see.
Why is it when one person watches that hearing and leans toward Ford it is emotional rhetoric? The other person can watch the same testimony and find Kav more credible and find it just the right touch of emotional indignation but not emotional rhetoric?
Because one side has a life time of judicial service, been through 6 FBI background checks, has a stellar, impeccable record while the other side has a story with more holes in it than a beehive, is obviously being used as a political pawn, has had her entire social media history scrubbed from the internet and has zero corroborating evidence to back her accusation.
See, that was easy.
