We need pure meritocracies, especially in STEM, because you can't "feel" water should freeze at 90 degrees F and make it so...no matter what the SJWs say.

If the 100 best people to work on an experiment are women...so be it. If they are men...so be it. If they are Asian...so be it.

Just let everyone compete. Of course when we do this the numbers do skew toward white and Asian men. I for one don't care. I want my s-hit to work. Those who want affirmative action science can have at it. Good luck getting through life with that outlook though.
And feminists want to outlaw them.

^^^ THIS.

Sure, maybe STEM will continue to be dominated by men. But the number of women in it has gone up as opportunities have been opened to them, and they certainly are capable of competing. So let those who have the interest and skills compete alongside men.

If only men were allowed to be scientists, then - surprise! - only men came up with scientific theories. Surprised men are so dumb as not to realize this obvious bias, and for the record I'm a guy.

Since that time, as things changed, many women have contributed greatly to scientific advancement - much moreso than the vast majority of uneducated hillbilly conservatives crowing about how men invented physics.
Like Marie Curie. With 2 Nobel prizes.

You mean a woman working almost 100 years ago was able to win a hard science Nobel? How is that possible? We all know that it was impossible for women to advance in science in those days.

She probably identified as a man when she was running her experiments.

James Damore at Google said women cannot work in STEM because of their biology. You've said multiple times on this forum that your race determines your intelligence.

I think the next - diverse - generation of scientists will prove you and all of the alt-right determinists wrong.

As long as standards aren't lowered or other benchmarks watered down let everyone have the same shot at whatever suits their fancy.

I just want my car brakes not to fail...I don't care about the age, gender, eye color, etc. of my mechanic. I want the best one possible.

We have to start talking about some of these uncomfortable truths, because white men are being increasiningly demonized. The rest of the world wants to live in the world that white men created, but without white men in it, or accepting some kind of subservient position.

Strange times.
Well they do not even have to be subservient as most people will never go into such fields. I will never try to make an NBA team, so I would not feel subservient to players who are mostly black.

No, the leftists want to rewrite history to imply we made it this far because of "diversity" which is a bunch of hogwash.
Sure we stand as a beacon for the rest of the world to show we do not devolve into civil and ethnic wars because our freedoms and constitutional republic keeps every fairly happy. This has always revolved around immigrants voluntarily assimilating into our American culture, not the other way around.
But the inner socialist/communist just drying to get out of liberals pushes a false narrative of all people are equal in ability, physicality, intelligence, etc.
That is rubbish of course, as we all have strengths and weaknesses, but in a Utopian PC world, such things are forbidden to be thought or uttered.

If you will watch the latest Star Trek and Star Wars movies, you'll see that the future of science, physics, and space exploration are going to be dominated by minorities, women, and especially minority women.
